Highly skilled, experienced and qualified professionals make up the team at Baulkham Hills Preschool Kindergarten.
Our team is extremely dedicated, motivated and passionate in providing a high quality early childhood education and care service for children and their families.
Our team works collaboratively with families, other professionals engaged with children and families, local schools and the local community, as well as being committed to advocacy for children and families. The preschool has an extremely low staff turn-over, most already achieving 10-25 years of service.

Three educators are usually in each class group, generally consisting of an Early Childhood Teacher, a Diploma Trained Teacher and a Certificate III Educator.
All educators hold current and ACECQA-approved First Aid Certificates including Emergency Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management, and Child Protection training.
All educators are subject to NSW Working with Children Checks.
